Working with our customers, we do everything we can to find the most appropriate times to inspect vehicles and communicate all resulting actions in a timely manner, so as to put the customer in the driving seat at all times. Working hard to keep your vehicle on the road in a safe and roadworthy condition.
DVSA roller brake testing
Measured brake performance testing is a must for O-licence compliance
There is no getting away from it, DVSA are very clear in the latest versions of the Guide to Roadworthiness about what is required for brake performance testing.
Whilst this remains the customers' decision, we believe that a loaded roller brake test with every PMI inspection is not only a matter of good compliance, but a proper way of ensuring your vehicles' braking systems are efficient and therefore safe. In the grand scheme of maintenance costs, it is relatively inexpensive too.
At just £10 per axle, with a minimal labour charge for loading and unloading if required, we make meeting this standard achievable for all our customers.
MOT preparation
Pre-MOT inspection, preparation and presentation
Because Fleettech Ltd is not an ATF MOT testing station, we do not conduct LGV MOT testing onsite. However, we can manage your MOT reminders and perform the necessary to ensure your vehicles are ready for DVSA MOT inspection. From booking to presentation, we can provide a full MOT service to all customers.
Rest assured. If we already inspect your vehicle on a regular basis, there won't be any nasty surprises when the annual test requirement comes round again. DVSA do not like to see heavy MOT bills either, as this paints the picture of failed routine maintenance throughout the year.
